Add New User in CallBill

Note: If this is not a new telephone number, proceed to Change User Information in Call Bill.

1. At the OTM terminal, switch to the Call Bill PC and select the Reports Module icon on the desktop.

2. Login as ADMIN, password ****.

3. Select “User Details” from top tool bar.

4. Select “New” in User Details pop-up window.

5. In New User Details, enter extension, first and last name, department and cost center.

6. Select OK.

7. Close User Details pop-up window.
