Add New User in CallBill

Note: If this is not a new telephone number, proceed to Change User Information in Call Bill.

  1. Switch to the Call Bill PC and select the Reports Module icon on the desktop.
  2. Login as ADMIN, password ****.
  3. Select User Details> from top tool bar.
  4. Select New in User Details pop-up window.
  5. In New User Details, enter extension, first and last name, department and cost center.
  6. Select OK.
  7. Close User Details pop-up window.
