Time Zone Issues
Problem:
Solution:
- Disable Windows Time Service
- Verify time zone in CallPilot Manager → Message Network Configuration → Prime Location Properties
- Compare the time zone from step 2 to the Control Panel Date and Time settings. If it does not match change it to match in the Control Panel Date and Time settings.
- Run Configuration wizard and change the time zone to something else then Reboot.
- Run configuration wizard and change the time zone to the correct setting then Reboot.
If running thru config wizard, change time on server to US EST.
