Time Zone Issues

Problem:

Solution:

  1. Disable Windows Time Service
  2. Verify time zone in CallPilot Manager → Message Network Configuration → Prime Location Properties
  3. Compare the time zone from step 2 to the Control Panel Date and Time settings. If it does not match change it to match in the Control Panel Date and Time settings.
  4. Run Configuration wizard and change the time zone to something else then Reboot.
  5. Run configuration wizard and change the time zone to the correct setting then Reboot.


If running thru config wizard, change time on server to US EST.
