Blue Call Router Error
If the CallPilot server displays a message box about a Blue Call Router error, or just stops answering calls, try the following:
1Check ELAN connectivity:
- Ping the CallPilot IP from the Call server in LD 117:
=> ping 192.168.2.10 PING 192.168.2.10 SUCCESSFUL
2Check the agents are logged in:
- DISC, ENLC, and STAT the MGATE card(s) in LD 32:
.stat 24 0 9 00 = UNIT 00 = IDLE (2008 LOG IN ) 01 = UNIT 01 = IDLE (2008 LOG IN ) 02 = UNIT 02 = IDLE (2008 LOG IN ) :
3Re-run the Configuration Wizard:
- Click NEXT through all the prompts (skip "change password"), and reboot when finished.
After rebooting, watch for ELAN & 'CDN acquired' messages on the PBX, for example:
ELAN014 ELAN 16 host IP=192.168.2.10 is enabled CDN002 16 5555 14 24 20
CDN002
indicates 'CDN was put to control mode' - Good! CallPilot should work after it's finished booting.CDN003
indicates 'CDN was put to default mode' - Bad! Calls are diverted to the ACD default DN (DFDN).Note: There is no 'Acquire CDN' command, acquiring is done automagically when CallPilot boots up.
