Ohm's Law

Ohm’s Law states: V = IR , and Joules Law states: P = VI

By combining these two laws, we can calculate any item from any other two known values:

V =I.R
P/I
 P.R
I =V/R
P/V
 P/R
R =V/I
V2/P
P/I2
P =V.I
V2/R
R.I2

Where: V = Voltage (volts), I = Current (amps), R = Resistance (ohms), and P = Power (watts)

Ohm's Law Calculator:

Enter any two known values, and press Calculate to find the remaining two unknown values.
Always Clear the fields before starting a new calculation.
