SX-200D and SuperSet 4's
Mitel engineers inform that SX-200D PBX's with SuperSet 4 (COV) cards 9110-410-000-NA Revisions E1 through E8 may cause the following problems:
- misdialing
- random switching from handset to speaker
- erratic displays.
The problem lies with the rail voltages, and it is recommended that all circuit cards in this revision range be replaced with later revision cards to eliminate the posibility of problems.
The card must be removed in order to establish its revision level, which is usually found marked on a blue Mitel sticker on the component side of the card. Anti-static precautions must be observed when handling circuit cards.
