Voice Mail System Administration

The following NAM Voice Mail System Administration options are available with FEATURE 983:

FEATURE 983 → Log-on Mailboxes Auto-Attendant Other → Group Lists ↓ CCR Press the hidden option number: Other → FAX NET 1 - Re-install / Reset  Norstar Voice Mail (VM) 2 - Change Language Availability, Group Lists 4 - Change VM Option / Enable Company Directory 5 - Change number of channels used for outdialing 6 - Enable General Delivery Mailbox 7 - Print Reports 9 - View  VM Software Version 1 1 - CLID dialing table admin 2 2 - Backup VM programming and settings 3 3 - Restore VM programming and settings 4 4 - Option Admin 6 6 - Create Mailbox Utility 7 7 - External Mailbox initialisation enable/disable 8 8 - Dialing Translation Admin

Menu Options:

• Mailbox: Administrative Programming
• Auto-Attendant: Custom Call Routing Setup

If you are unable to log on to FEATURE 985, try resetting the password to default:

• FEATURE 985, then enter: 9resetsmpswd.
• Press YES to reset password and your Feature 983 password will default to 120000.
  (on a 4 digit DN length system: 10020000).
