Programming Overview
Programming is restricted by the following user levels:
- Profile - set the system profile, all programming is erased (default profile: North America).
- Dialpad - determine the style of dialpad programming for your system.
- Installer - access to all system programming, including networking features.
- System Coordinator Plus - access to all but a few sensitive areas of programming.
- System Coordinator - perform basic day-to-day administration functions
- Admin/Basic - limited access, to change programming and control services.
The following provides an overview of the programming seen by each user level.

Some headings will only appear if the appropriate key-code has been entered: eg, Network Services requires the PRI and MCDN key-codes. Other settings are dependent on the trunk configuration: eg, CbC headings only appear if the NI-2 protocol is used on the DTI trunk card.
