Identifying MSDL's

The following illustrates the difference in CS1000E and CS1000M MSDL hardware. A CS1000E doesn't have a network shelf.

CS1000E (IPMG with NTBK51)

  • Loops assigned to PRI cards in Media Gateways
  • Single port MSDL hardware on each PRI card
