SCN Discovery

In IP Office Manager, goto:

File ➤ Preferences ➤ Discovery tab

The default Broadcast address for discovery is 255.255.255.255, but a UDP broadcast is not routable, so it will not locate systems on different subnets from the Manager PC unless a specific system address is entered is entered for discovery.

When several systems exist together on different subnets, eg, in an SCN network, open the Manager Preferences and enter the individual IPs of each IP Office in the IP Search Criteria box; each address is separated by a semi-colon. Then check SCN Discovery and click OK, as shown below:
