Mobile Twinning

Mobile Twinning allows a user's calls to be simultaneously presented to both their IP Office phone and another extension or number. The user can control this option through a Twinning button on their a phone. Note, if the primary extension does not ring, ie, in Do Not Disturb, the mobile number will not ring.

Fallback Twinning will redirect calls to the Twinned Mobile Number when the main extension is unreachable, even if Mobile Twinning is disabled, and bypasses the Mobile Dial Delay. Mobile Twinning can be enabled/disabled by the user with a short code. It is included with Essential Edition and higher editions.

In IP Office Manager, goto:

User ➤ Mobility tab

Select a user, and click their 'Mobility' tab
Check 'Mobility features', and 'Mobile Twinning'
Enter a 'Twinned Mobile Number', including access code
