Hotline/Ringdown

A Hotline will call a preset number on lifting the handset. You can only do this with Analog stations.

1. Click on an Analog set User.
2. Add a Short Code...
   1. Enter the special code: ?D
   2. Feature is Dial for external, or DialExtn for internal
   3. Enter the telephone number to call
   4. Enter a Line Group ID to use (if external)
3. Click OK to save the Hotline short code.

Below, extension 4407 will automatically call 2145310 on Line Group 1 when the handset is lifted.
