IP 500 Card Options

The IP500 V2 System Unit has 4 slots for the insertion of cards. There are two types of card; Base cards, which include a front panel and ports for cable connections, and daughter cards - these are added to a base card to provide (typically) trunk connections.

The modules can be identified by the tiny stickers in the front panel: Left = Base Card, Right = Daughter Card

eg: Digital Station 1-6, Analog phone 7-8, Analog trunks 9-12

NOTE:  The system must be shut down, and then the power removed during installation or removal of all cards.

IP 500 Base Cards:

Each card accepts one trunk daughter card of any type.

IP500 VCM Base Cards:

Each voice compression module accepts one daughter card (Maximum 2)

IP 500 Trunk Cards:

Daughter card to fit any base card above (Maximum 4)

Combination Cards:

Includes a IP500 trunk daughter card (Maximum 2)

Legacy Card Carrier Base Card:

IPO 500 LEGACY CARD CARRIER (700417215) (Maximum 2)

IP400 Cards Supported:

Application Card:

Unified Communications Module (Maximum 1)
