J100 Reset to defaults

If you're having difficulty registering a phone, resetting it to defaults may help!

1. Press the Menu button [button with 3 horizontal lines]
2. Using the navigation keys, scroll down to Administration
3. Press the Select softkey, or OK button (center of the navigation cluster)
4. Enter the default password: 2 7 2 3 8  [C R A F T], and Enter / OK
5. Scroll down to Reset to defaults and press Select / OK
   - the display will show: Clear and reset phone?
6. Confirm with the Reset softkey, or OK button
   - the phone will reset and restart.

1. Press the Admin softkey (may need to press More to find it)
2. Enter the default password: 2 7 2 3 8  [C R A F T], and Enter / OK
3. Scroll down to Reset to defaults and press Select / OK
   - the display will show: Clear and reset phone?
4. Confirm with the Reset softkey, or OK button
   - the phone will reset restart.

Note: The above may not work if a WiFi module is installed. In this case, remove the WiFi module, reset the phone, then reinstall the WiFi module.
