Custom Call Routing Setup

Custom Call Routing is accessed via FEATURE 983, the default password (with 3 digit dialing) is 1020000

Programming must be done from any M7310, T7316, or M7324 model phone set (2 line display).

Building and Recording the HOME Menu:

1. Feature 983
2. LOG: 120000 (2 digit ext's) or 1020000 (3 digit ext's) or 10020000 (4 digit ext's)
3. Press OK
4. Press OTHR
5. Press CCR
6. Press ADMIN
7. CCR Tree:
8. Enter 1
9. Press OK
10. BUILD NEW TREE?
11. Press YES
12. PATH:
13. Enter 0 (zero)
14. Display: Home/Menu
15. Press REC (Note: This is where you record your options. For example:
16. For Tom Smith, please press 1
17. For Bill Thomas, please press 2
18. For Sally Helms. Press 3
19. (You can have up to 8 options per branch.)
20. After programming each branch press END, then press SAVE
21. When it asks to "SAVE AS TREE 1" press YES

Changing the HOME Menu:

1. Feature 983
2. LOG: 120000 (2 digit ext's) or 1020000 (3 digit ext's) or 10020000 (4 digit ext's)
3. Press OK
4. Press OTHR
5. Press CCR
6. Press ADMIN
7. CCR Tree:
8. Enter 1
9. Press OK
10. Press CHG
11. PATH:
12. Enter 0 (zero)
13. Display: Home/Menu
14. Press REC
15. Display: Primary REC?
16. Press: REC (Note: This is where you record your options). For example:
17. For Tom Smith, please press 1
18. For Bill Thomas, please press 2
19. For Sally Helms. Press 3
20. Press OK after you finish recording
21. Display: Alternate REC?
22. Press OK
23. Press END, then press SAVE
24. When it asks to "SAVE AS TREE 1" press YES

Programming the Dialing Options:

1. Feature 983
2. Log: 120000 (2 digit ext's) or 1020000 (3 digit ext's) or 10020000 (4 digit ext's)
3. Press: OTHR
4. Press: CCR
5. Press ADMIN
6. CCR Tree:
7. Enter 1
8. Press OK
9. Press CHG
10. PATH:
11. Enter 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 etc.
12. Press 1
13. Press OTHR
14. Press XFER
15. PRESS INT
16. Ext: <Enter the extension number for option ‘1’>
    For example, if you recorded Tom Smith as option 1, program Tom Smith’s extension number here.
17. Repeat these steps for options 2 thru 8.
    Note: you can have as many as 8 options on the main branch. You can have as few as 1.
18. NEVER EXIT PROGRAMMING WITHOUT SAVING YOUR CHANGES!!!!
19. To Do so, Press END, SAVE (Save as tree 1?) YES
20. Press the Rls KEY

Disabling the CCR Tree:

1. Feature 983
2. Log: 120000 (2 digit ext's) or 1020000 (3 digit ext's) or 10020000 (4 digit ext's)
3. Press AA
4. Press TABLE
5. Table:
6. Enter 1
7. Press OK
8. Press Next until you see <CCR Tree:>
9. Press CHG
10. Press DISABLE-
11. Display should read "Tree Disabled"
12. Press the Rls Key

9. Press Next until you see CCR Tree:
10. Press CHG
11. Enter 1
12. Display should read Tree Enabled
13. Press OK
14. Press the Rls Key

Resetting the System Manager Password

1. Feature 985
2. The Display will read: Set: ###
3. Press 9
4. Enter the following using the dial-pad: R E S E T S M P S W D ( 7 3 7 3 8 7 6 7 7 9 3 )
5. Press OK softkey
6. The Display will read: reset password?
7. Press YES softkey
8. Press Rls
