Engage Recordings
Accessing and copying Engage recordings...
• Open the engage Engage web page: http://<server-ip>/engage (eg: 10.10.10.7/engage)
• Log on; default User ID: default / Password: Engage6900
• Once logged in, you will see a list of recordings: double click one to review it.
• The Media Player panel (screen bottom) appears and plays the selected recording.
• Use the transport wheel (bottom left) to play, pause, repeat, fast forward and rewind:
• To download a copy of the file, click the Download Calls icon from the top menu.
• A window will open. Select the audio format (WAV or MP3), and click OK:
• Save file (to the computer), and click OK:
