E1 PRI PBX tie-link
How to Configure a PRI tie-link between two PBX's. There are applications where this is useful, for example when there's no network path between sites. Combining DID and TIE trunks on the same PRI solves many of the problems associated with this kind of setup.
- Build one 30 channel PRI, with 15 DID trunks and 15 TIE trunks, in two routes.
- Use RLI ENTR 0 for the DID route, with SBOC re-routing enabled, and ENRY 1 for the TIE route (ISET 2).
- this will prevent the H showing on 'internal calls, and allow incoming PTT DID calls to traverse the link (TIE) - PBX_A and PBX_B are both built exactly the same, but for the D-channel SIDE, and CDP steering codes.
