Export Voice Item

1. Install the Media Player (if not already)

   CallPilot Manager ➤ Tools ➤ Download Player & install

2. Open Application Builder, then open the application
3. Goto Define ➤ Voice Items ➤ the following box opens:
4. Highlight a greeting, and click Edit
5. Click Record, from the 'Edit Voice Item' box
6. Enter a nearby extension number, and click OK
7. Click Play, the phone rings. Answer the call to hear the greeting
8. You are now able to click Export, enter a filename to 'Save As'. A WAV file is exported. Note, there must be an active 'Telset connection' for Export to work
9. Click Close to close the player window, then Cancel in the 'Edit Voice Item' box
10. Select the next greeting to export from 'Define Voice Items', and repeat the process
