CallPilot 201i IPE Integrated Windows NT based flexible multimedia telephony server designed to integrate with Meridian 1 and Succession Communication Server products. A 201i occupies two (2) adjacent card slots within the various Meridian 1 or CS 1000 chassis/cabinets.
CallPilot 202i IPE Integrated Cost-reduced replacement for smaller scale implementations. The 202i IPE offers up to 32 channels and 350 hours of storage, easily supporting up to two thousand users. A 202i requires two (2) adjacent card slots within the various CS 1000 chassis/cabinets.
CallPilot 600r Rackmount 1U server, requires MGATE card(s) (NTRB18DA) in the CS1000. Effective February 07, 2011 Avaya will no longer accept new orders for the CallPilot 600r Rackmount server platform. Alternative's include the 202i IPE and 1006r Rackmount server platforms.
CallPilot 1006r Rackmount 2U server, requires MGATE card(s) (NTRB18DA) in the CS1000. Provides a comparably-priced replacement, but with expanded capabilities, offering both 96-channel and 192-channel options, expanded storage, and the additional resiliency of included RAID with redundant hot-swap disks, redundant hot-swap power supplies, and redundant memory. The 1006r includes sufficient horsepower to support Avaya Aura™ Messaging, providing hardware investment protection when customers migrate to the newer solution in the future.
