The VCR-1964/PC Instant Recall Recorder (IRR) is a digital voice call recording
hardware/software solution designed specifically for PC based dispatch console
applications. Communication and emergency services personnel using the VCR-1964/PC will
have single-click GUI window pop-up access to instant recall and playback of up to 64
minutes of recorded radio or telephone calls. Communications are recorded with a date/time
stamp and ANI if available. Calls may be played back instantly to verify important
information. Recorded calls may be played back at normal speed or with EXACOM enhanced
slow speed playback (no loss of pitch).
