Embedded Voice Messaging Codes

Logging in:

778To access your mailbox from another extension

You are prompted to enter the number of the mailbox you want to access.

After you log in, the voice prompts provide instructions. See below for a summary.

The following is a summary of the options available after you have logged into a mailbox.

Playback:

New messages start playing by default.

[Follow each extension number with #, and then a # to finish]

IMPORTANT: After you listen to new message, it is marked as 'old' and automatically deleted after 24 hours. If you do not want the message deleted, you must mark it as 'saved'.
